Have you recently started planning for an upcoming outdoor event of some kind? Are you even putting finishing touches on your plan? Whatever the scale of your event, from an outdoor wedding to a large corporate function, there is something that may have been forgotten among all of the other plans: where your guests will go when they need to relieve themselves. When reserving an outdoor venue, a lot of people make the mistake of assuming that the venue in question will take care of these things. While it is true that some venues will have toilet facilities available, you should at least give serious thought to renting facilities of your own. The reasons for this are many, including the following:
Restricted facility use: Depending on the location of the outdoor venue, some planners assume that guests will simply be able to use the restroom facilities in nearby businesses instead of having to bother with any toilet trailer rentals. Unfortunately, this can leave guests without anywhere to go when they need to relieve themselves. Businesses often reserve restroom usage the usage of clients, customers, and employees but not your guests. Without anywhere to go, many guests will leave your event and simply not return.
Outdated facilities: Some outdoor venues have restroom facilities that were built during the first half of the 20th century and then only received nominal repairs/upgrades over time. This means that these facilities probably cannot accommodate people who use mobility aids to get around. Even if there is such a facility, it may be difficult to actually get to and/or the fixtures may not be working properly. With toilet trailer rentals, you can ensure that there are accommodations for everyone. You can also ensure that the trailer is placed in a location that allows the easiest access for those that need it.
Insufficient facilities: A lot of outdoor venues lack any restroom facilities at all. If there are facilities, chances are good that they're not equipped with anywhere near enough supplies to be able to handle a medium-to-large event of any kind. Some facilities might only be cleaned/restocked once every few days or even just once a week. Without any toilet trailer rentals to assist, these facilities can quickly get overwhelmed and become unusable. Instead of having to worry about whether the existing toilets are going to start to back up from overuse, make sure to rent facilities that your guests can use when they need them.
